DrainsAid recently completed the successful rehabilitation of 160 meters of 1.35m diameter and 60 meters of 1.65m diameter cementitious pipework situated as part of a reservoir spillway and outfall.

DrainsAid prepared the pipework using a Hydroblast high pressure Jetting System to remove the existing compromised coating and provide a suitable surface for the chosen cementitious material KS2 to adhere to.
Pre-Start Post Jetting Post Lining
Cementitious spraying apparatus was used to apply the material in two passes to provide a 10mm thick finished product. The open ends of the pipework were hand finished with KS2 in order to provide an effective coating.
