We’re happy to announce that the Peter Duffy Ltd team is expanding.
In this primarily male-dominated industry, we’re proud to have two more ladies joining our team here at Connaught House.
Nikki joins us from a background in retail, spending the last nine years supporting the Health and Safety Manager at Frozen Value Ltd. Prior to that, she was the Safety Champion for The Body Shop International’s Yorkshire region.
Currently, Nikki is completing a BSc (Hons) in Safety, Health and Environment Management and is due to graduate from Leeds Beckett University this July.
While conducting a research study for her dissertation, Nikki took a specific interest in Occupational Health and Wellbeing. Now she’s begun the process of applying to study an MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing at the University of Nottingham. She hopes to start part-time, this September.
When she’s not at the office, Nikki spends her free time out walking with her two children and cocker spaniels.
Nikki has been warmly welcomed into the Peter Duffy Ltd team and is now looking forward to seeing what the future holds within the business.
Amelia graduated from Northumbria University with a first-class honours degree in BA Journalism, and a passion for digital marketing.
To extend her knowledge of the communications industry, Amelia also completed placements at an established newspaper, as well as several PR and Marketing firms.
Most recently, Amelia spent three months backpacking across South East Asia, before returning to Yorkshire and securing a position in the DrainsAid team.
Although she’s new to the drainage industry, she’s excited to experience all our company has to offer, and hopes to begin a successful career within the Peter Duffy team.
On behalf of everybody here at Peter Duffy Ltd, we’d like to wish both our new starters good luck.
Welcome to the team!
