As the drainage division of Peter Duffy Ltd, the DrainsAid team is delighted to announce that the company has recently received the Best Innovative Ideas Award at the DCWW Welsh Water Occupational Health and Safety Awards on 16th June 2015.
Peter Duffy Ltd and DrainsAid take safety very seriously and pride themselves on their commitment to making the workplace safe for all employees.
Peter Duffy Ltd was presented with the award because of its innovative approach to health and safety, using mobile handsets. Peter Duffy Ltd uses a mobile phone app, ‘Workmobile’ which enables employees to complete and record site risk assessments, take high quality on-site photos.
The company also received the highly commended award for their TRIM (Tags to Reduce Injury from Manual handling) tag system for small plant.
