Peter Duffy Limited held the annual Pride awards celebration on Thursday 27 October 2016 at Oulton Hall where those staff nominated and shortlisted to receive an award attended a dinner to recognise their success.
Staff had been nominated by a colleague or their manager to receive the award and in doing so had to demonstrate ways in which the employee met the criteria for the award. It was a difficult choice for the Board of Directors to select the winners and those highly commended staff all of whom carry out exceptional work in a variety of situations.
The Pride Award winners and the staff who were highly commended in their category are:
Brian France, Winner: Working Safely; Steven Fairfield, Denis Purcell and David Wilson, Winners: Attendance and Performance; Keiran Saye, Kevin Saye and Alan Hall, Highly commended: Attendance and Performance; Paul Fidler, Winner: Exceptional Customer Service with Keiran Saye, Kevin Saye and Alan Hall, Highly commended in this category; Mike Booth, Winner: Personal Development with Jonathan Beaumont being Highly commended; Malcolm McDonald receive the Innovation award with Matt Marsden being Highly Commended and our final award went to Joe Hobson who received the Outstanding Apprentice award.
