DrainsAid undertake the relining of 1800mm outfall in Scarborough

Congratulations to Ben McCluskey, the winner of the July photo competition, for his selection of photographs taken on site at Scalby Mills, Scarborough.

Working alongside our skilled lining team, Project Manager Ben oversaw the rehabilitation of a 1800mm brick, surface-water outfall, near to Scarborough Sealife Centre. Using the Hermes M-Coating Trolley in conjunction with ERGELIT mortars, the team were able to successfully spray-line the outfall, preventing infiltration of sea water and extending the asset lifespan.

Ben took these images during the last few days working on the project, while the team undertook final CCTV post-lining surveys.
